We were wihtout electricity for four days in half the house. Had to call several times to get someone to come in. Federal Electric co. came in on time, the electrician did a great job fixing the problem and explaining what had caused it. He (electrician)was very proffesional. But, it should have not taken American Shield four days to get someone here.

After 4 other technicians came out from New Dawn Electrics and didn’t resolve the problem it is finally fixed thanks to the technician from Federal Electric. Not only did he fix the problem he explained what had gone wrong and how to prevent it from happening again.
